Jack is a Director / DP based in Melbourne specialising in comedy.

Characterised by his combined abilities to write, shoot and draw strong performances from both actors and non-actors, Jack has attracted a broad range of clients including The Cancer Council, QUIT, AFLW, The School of Life, Independent Schools Victoria, Slum Sociable and Client Liaison.

Jack’s first music video ‘Free of Fear’, an exploration of ancient-greek and corporate mythology was nominated for Australian Music Video of the Year at the 2014 J Awards. The following year, his surrealist comedy ‘All Night’ was selected as a finalist at the Los Angeles Music Video Festival.

In 2018, Jack earned his first ACS award (Australian Cinematographer’s Society), a Bronze for his work on Melbourne’s ‘Arts Learning Festival’ - a commercial which he also co-wrote. He also worked as an additional cinematographer on the acclaimed documentary, ‘The Leunig Fragments’ by Kasimir Burgess.

Earlier this year, Jack completed directing his short film, ‘A Morning Ritual’, starring Rhys Mitchell which premiered on Opening Night at St Kilda Film Festival.
